These new additions bring a wealth of experience in public accounting and global consulting and a shared commitment to supporting the firm’s growth initiatives.
Hiral Rao joins Springline Advisory as the new Senior Vice President of Global Operations. In this role, Rao will be instrumental in establishing and managing the firm’s offshore accounting functions, leading the transition and pathway to Springline’s international operations and strategic capabilities.
With an impressive career in advisory services, most recently leading large-scale global implementations for Fortune 500 manufacturing companies, Rao is set to make a significant impact for Springline and its partner firms. Her extensive background includes more than 20 years at EY, where most recently, she built and managed their offshore and nearshore practices — growing the organization from five to more than 300 people worldwide. Her expertise spans assurance, tax, global data and analytics, intelligent automation, and managed services.
Brad Kuglin has been appointed Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial, where he will be responsible for framing the sales strategy, defining sales processes and cross-selling initiatives, designing and resourcing a client-centric business development organization, and driving elevated performance to accelerate sales and supercharge organic growth.
Kuglin brings more than 15 years of professional services experience, starting his career as a CPA in public accounting before diving into consulting and advisory services. A culture-oriented, growth driver and consistent top performer, he’s excelled in both hands-on contributions and strategic leadership roles. Prior to joining Springline Advisory, Kuglin spearheaded Commercial operations for a Nasdaq-listed global project consulting and staffing firm, where he was responsible for Go-to-Market and Delivery teams across the US, LATAM, and EMEA. With a proven track record in partnering with more than 100 companies, he’s led business development and client delivery for high-impact CapEx projects, working closely across every C-suite function within mid-market and enterprise companies.
Bryan Leuszler has taken on the role of Vice President of Corporate Development, where he is responsible for acquisition and partnership development activities, defining the M&A strategy, deal sourcing and identification, and managing overall transaction execution. He brings extensive M&A experience, having successfully led and executed a wide range of transactions throughout his career at Patriot Growth Insurance Services, Cohen & Company, and MarshBerry. Leuszler is also a licensed CPA in the state of Ohio.
