Brad brings more than 15 years of professional services experience, starting his career as a CPA in public accounting before diving into consulting and advisory services. He’s led business development and client delivery for high-impact CapEx projects, working closely across every C-suite function within mid-market and enterprise companies.
At Springline, Brad is responsible for framing the Go-to-Market strategy, defining sales processes and cross-selling initiatives, designing and resourcing a client-centric business development organization, and driving elevated performance to accelerate sales and supercharge organic growth. Brad is also a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.
What motivated you to join Springline?
The vision to become the premier middle market accounting & advisory firm. There are so many incredible regional firms across the country. We have a significant opportunity to build something special and transform the middle market industry in the process. I wanted to collaborate with the founding firms to help achieve our larger growth goals.
Finally, the chance to join early to support strategic and foundational elements while setting the stage for hyper-growth was very appealing
What’s something unique you bring to the role that others may not know about you?
I started my career with a mid-market regional public accounting firm in Atlanta. I offer a depth of various professional services experience, ranging from the middle market to Fortune 50 and FTSE 100 global enterprises. My passion is centered on my family and travel. During a recent expat assignment in Europe, my family traveled to 20 countries!
