What excited you about joining Springline?
Having served as fractional General Counsel for Springline over the past year, I was in a unique position to experience the company from the inside. Knowing firsthand that the team is exceptional and the vision is compelling made the decision to join full-time incredibly easy.
What unique perspective do you bring to Springline?
I view the role of General Counsel as a strategic business enabler rather than a bureaucratic roadblock. My perspective focuses on implementing proactive risk-management frameworks that anticipate operational challenges before they arise. By designing agile legal guardrails, I ensure we protect the company’s assets and maintain compliance without sacrificing our business momentum. This approach guarantees that Springline can scale rapidly and ambitiously from a position of legal security.
Aside from family and friends, what’s one thing you can’t live without?
My Labrador Retriever, Jack. I’m an avid upland game bird and waterfowl hunter, so Jack is my most important partner in the field. Beyond being an incredible hunting companion, he’s a massive sweetheart and a beloved part of our family.
