What excited you about joining Springline?
The opportunity to return to the accounting & advisory industry and help build the preeminent middle market firm was a no-brainer for me. As a CPA who started my career at a regional public accounting firm, Springline’s mission to revolutionize the middle market accounting and advisory landscape deeply resonated with me.

Describe what Scale with Soul means to you.
To me, it’s the ability to grow together without sacrificing the values, unique qualities, and entrepreneurial spirit that brought us to this point. It’s a commitment to honor the culture and experience of a boutique firm while providing the resources and support of a large national firm for both clients and employees.

What’s one of your favorite career moments?
One of my favorite career moments was checking my CPA exam results at 1:34AM on December 9, 2015, to find that I had passed my final exam and would soon be a licensed CPA. My accounting background has been the foundation of my career and has afforded me more professional opportunities than I could have ever imagined while I was studying accounting in college.

Aside from family and friends, what’s one thing you can’t live without?
Undoubtedly running, followed closely by Cleveland sports!

What’s something about you that most people at work don’t know?
I was born and raised in the small Northeast Ohio town of Amherst, which is widely revered as the “Sandstone Center of the World.” I also have an irrational fear of snakes.
