As CAO, Anne oversees founding firm member integration, program management, internal event strategy, and serves as Springline’s compliance officer. By bringing her successful career track record of leading operations for MarksNelson, a Springline company, Anne keeps the firm accountable for operational excellence, ensuring quality controls, while meeting governance and compliance standards. Anne also manages the Integration Management Office (IMO) and works to unite and welcome new firms to Springline.
What excited you about joining Springline?
As a former partner at the initial founding firm MarksNelson, I liked the idea of being a part of the executive team at Springline that’s also responsible for helping establish ourselves as THE mid-market firm in the industry.
What’s something about you that most people at work don’t know?
While I’ve worked in the accounting profession for more than 20 years, prior to that I had a career in cosmetology. I also owned my own event planning business.

What’s one of your favorite career moments?
I have so many over the years at MarksNelson but most of my favorite moments are when I see people on my team succeed and grow. From the various promotions to people going back to school to earn new certifications or degrees, I am grateful to be able to play a small role in their success.
What unique perspective do you bring to Springline?
I have a long history in accounting and advisory services, both in internal operations and as a client facing professional. That experience uniquely sets me up to be a trusted advisor for both our Springline team members and our founding firms.
