For the last few years, MarksNelson Advisory and BGBC have been growing alongside Springline Advisory as endorsed brands, each carrying the “a Springline company” designation as part of a broader evolution. 

Now, that transition is complete. 

MarksNelson and BGBC will officially transition fully to the Springline Advisory name, bringing our teams together under one shared identity while continuing to serve clients with the same people, relationships, and commitment they’ve always known. 

This isn’t about becoming something new. It’s about fully stepping into what we’ve already been building together. 

From the beginning, Springline was created around a simple idea: growth shouldn’t come at the expense of culture. Our Scale + Soul® philosophy has always been about combining the strength and resources of a larger platform with the entrepreneurial spirit, personal relationships, and local leadership that made these firms successful in the first place.  

MarksNelson and BGBC have helped shape that vision from day one. 

For more than 50 years, the team at MarksNelson built a reputation rooted in deep expertise, trusted relationships, and a people-first culture across industries including real estate, manufacturing, insurance, and construction. BGBC grew with that same balance of technical excellence and boutique-level care, building a nationally respected advisory firm without losing the close-knit culture that defined it. 

That foundation doesn’t change with this announcement. If anything, it becomes stronger. 

Clients will continue working with the same trusted teams, now backed by broader capabilities, expanded resources, and deeper collaboration across Springline. For our people, this transition creates even more opportunities to grow their careers, share expertise, and build alongside teams across the country, while preserving the cultures and relationships that matter most. 

Coming together fully under the Springline name is the natural next step in a transition that’s already been underway for years.
