As Managing Partner, Ericka oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and helps ensure the team has the resources and support they need to succeed. She leads operational initiatives, guides human resources and employee programs, oversees accounting and billing, and keeps the office running smoothly while supporting both clients and team members.
Ericka is Payroll Law, HR Law, and QuickBooks certified, giving her the versatility to support a wide range of business needs. She also works with businesses and individuals on bookkeeping services, providing practical, dependable financial support tailored to each client’s needs.
Known for her approachable personality and can-do attitude, Ericka is often the person people turn to when they need a problem solved or a helping hand. Whether she’s juggling priorities around the office or supporting clients, she brings a steady, positive presence to everything she does.
Outside of work, Ericka enjoys spending time with her twin boys and cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks.
What excited you about joining Springline?
What excited me most about joining Springline were the opportunities that opened up for our team and our clients. The possibilities for us to continue to grow our careers, build relationships, and collaborate with like-minded people are huge. This all leads to stronger partnerships with our clients and the ability to offer a wider range of services to them resulting in growth for all involved.
Aside from family and friends, what’s one thing you can’t live without?
I can’t live without the beach. Something about the salty air, sound of the crashing waves, and sand beneath my feet calms me like nothing else. I love a quiet, tropical, aqua water beach but also love the cold, windy Pacific Ocean beaches here in Washington.

To me, Scale + Soul means not losing sight of what matters most – our people. We need to put our team and clients first and focus on building meaningful relationships where trust is paramount. We will have sustained growth and lasting success if we create and maintain strong human connections.
