He works closely across the business to design and implement operational programs that drive consistency, enable profitable scale, and enhance the employee experience.
What motivated you to join Springline?
Having grown up in the Big 4, I saw the opportunity to help found a firm that is being built differently to enable enduring success. The values of our company are aligned with my personal values and the mission to scale with soul by keeping our people, clients and communities at the center of our growth story speaks to me. We are charting a new path that I truly believe will help us better serve the middle market, which is the heartbeat of the US economy.
What’s something unique you bring to the role that others may not know about you?
I’m an operator at heart who is committed to empowering teams to drive outsized growth. I bring an expertise in strategic pricing that I believe can help our firm grow and help us better serve our clients. I’m constantly exploring innovative ways to create a value exchange that is mutually beneficial.
