To me, “Scale with Soul” means intentional growth that retains the fundamental principles and values that our clients have come to expect.
How do you see the future of middle-market accounting and business advisory firms evolving?
As middle-market businesses thrive, technology (especially AI) advances, and accounting talent remains in high demand; the need for strong advisory support will only increase. Harnessing the power of data and metrics to guide business leaders will become even more critical. Our alignment with Springline positions us well for that future.
