What excited you about partnering with Springline?
What really excited me was how closely Springline’s values align with ours, especially in terms of integrity, deep client focus, and sustainable growth. I saw in Springline not just a partner or a pathway to scale, but an organization that cares about impact: how work affects people and communities. Aligning with Springline felt like a chance to amplify what we believe in: that growth and excellence must go hand in hand with empathy, trust, and long-term thinking.
Aside from family and friends, what’s one thing you can’t live without?
I can’t live without learning. Whether through books, conversations, failures, or travel, the process of being a student in life keeps me grounded. It reminds me of how much I don’t know and pushes me to stay curious. That constant learning fuels innovation, empathy, and helps me lead more effectively.
Describe what our credo “Scale with Soul” means to you.
To me, “Scale with Soul” means growing not just in size or revenue but in character. It’s about ensuring that as we scale, we don’t lose our warmth, integrity, care, or human connection. It means that our people, our clients, and our communities benefit, not just our bottom line. It’s a commitment to scale in a way that is sustainable, ethical, and meaningful. It’s not easy, but it is essential. It’s making sure the heart is never lost in the race to grow.
What unique perspective do you bring to Springline?
I believe I bring a perspective that combines global-scale thinking with strong roots in local humility. Having built Infinity Globus from the ground up, and seeing both what can go right and wrong, I bring lessons in building systems, culture, and trust. At the same time, I remain close to people and to purpose. I can contribute both in strategic scaling and preserving the human side of business.
How do you see the future of middle-market accounting and business advisory firms evolving?
I see several trends:
· Technology and automation will continue to transform routine tasks, freeing advisory firms to focus more on insight and foresight rather than just compliance.
· Client expectations will shift, with firms being asked for deeper insights on risk, growth, ESG, and digital transformation.
· Talent and culture will differentiate, with professionals choosing firms that build trust, flexibility, and continuous learning.
· Globalization and remote work will further blur boundaries, but also require higher standards of data security, communication, and ethics.
· Values and purpose will matter more, with clients, employees, and regulators expecting firms to act responsibly and transparently.
What’s your ambition for Springline in the next five and/or 20 years?
In the next five years, I hope we will be known as the partner of choice for middle-market advisory: renowned for excellence, empathy, and innovation. I imagine us expanding our footprint not just in clients or geography, but in the range of services. I want Springline to be deeply trusted, solving complex problems, and helping clients scale ethically and sustainably.
In 20 years, I see Springline as a legacy firm that has shaped how advisory and accounting firms serve their clients. I hope we are known for balancing scale and soul so well that it becomes the standard. I want us to be a firm that uplifts people across many markets, creates generational impact, empowers communities and organizations to thrive, and inspires others to do business not only for profit but also for purpose.
