As CEO of Springline Advisory, Tim is responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and growth of the firm. Recognized for his values-driven leadership style, Tim has guided Springline since its public launch toward the goal of building a top-tier, middle-market business advisory leader and one of the most irresistible, people-first firms in the industry.
Erin is responsible for leading talent strategy and developing a meaningful and rewarding organizational culture for our most important asset–our people. She’s recognized as a visionary builder and talent multiplier. Together with the Springline leadership team, Erin is committed to co-creating one of the most irresistible employee experiences in the industry.
Abhesh leads the technology strategy for Springline and drives innovation and digital transformation while focusing on initiatives that enhance efficiency, elevate client service, and foster an engaging environment for a rapidly evolving workforce. As the architect of Springline’s digital future, Abhesh is committed to driving sustainable growth while championing a people-first culture.
As CAO, Anne oversees founding firm member integration, program management, internal event strategy, and serves as Springline’s compliance officer. By bringing her successful career track record of leading operations for MarksNelson, a Springline company, Anne keeps the firm accountable for operational excellence, ensuring quality controls, while meeting governance and compliance standards. Anne also manages the Integration Management Office (IMO) and works to unite and welcome new firms to Springline.
Meredyth is a creative leader with a successful track record of building strong, differentiated brands. Her role includes building Springline’s relevance, resonance, and reputation as the preeminent mid-market business advisory firm of the future.
Since the firm’s launch in January 2024, she’s been responsible for leading Springline’s brand activation, marketing, and communications as well as managing new partner firm brand integrations.
Kevin is responsible for acquisition and partnership development activities, defining the acquisition strategy, deal sourcing and identification, and managing overall transaction execution. He brings extensive M&A experience from prior career stops at Deloitte and Accenture and has helped to establish Springline’s partnership momentum.
As BGBC Advisory Managing Partner, Shelley leads the development and execution of the firm’s business strategy, guiding the direction and growth initiatives to ensure sustainable success. With 25 years of industry experience, she’s been a pivotal leader in the firm’s assurance practice, previously serving as the Director of Assurance. Recognized for her people-first leadership style, she continues to guide BGBC in providing clients with exceptional service and the continued growth of the firm’s award-winning culture.
As HM&M’s Managing Partner, Susan oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s fastest-growing full-service accounting and advisory firms. With nearly 40 years of industry experience, she continues to provide clients across various industries with complex tax planning, compliance, and consultancy services. Susan’s commitment to excellence extends to her lifelong dedication to service through leadership roles with numerous professional and community organizations.
Clark, Raymond & Company Advisory
In 1991, Ed co-founded Clark, Raymond & Company, where he serves as the executive professional. During his years in public accounting, Ed is the managing partner of Clark, Raymond & Company Advisory where he leads a variety of client engagements that involve the preparation of audited, reviewed, or compiled financial statements. He provides commercial and personal income tax advice, and has extensive experience in estate taxation and estate planning.
A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Ed is a founding Director and former Board Chair of the Rotary Wishing Well Foundation and a former Board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Washington.
Sheri Fiske Schultz is the Managing Partner of Fiske Advisory, LLC, a South Florida business advisory firm consistently ranked as one of the top litigation support and valuation firms in the region. In addition to being a licensed CPA, Sheri holds the designation of Accredited in Business Valuation and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA.
Sheri brings more than 35 years of experience to her clients, offering both professional expertise and practical insight into business valuations and litigation support services. She is a frequent speaker on business valuation and forensic accounting and has broad-based tax experience in mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, estate issues, and tax compliance.
Sheri was a mentor in the AICPA FVS section and was honored with the AICPA’s ABV Champion of the Year Award. Among many accolades, Sheri has been named a South Florida Business Journal (SFBJ) Influential Business Woman, FICPA’s Woman to Watch, “Key Partner” in Accounting by the SFBJ, and “Woman Extraordinaire” by Business Leader Magazine. Sheri was also honored with the Apogee Award as well as the Prestigious Women Award in Accounting & Finance by South Florida Business & Wealth. Most recently appointed to the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, Sheri is a hardcore Gator alumni fan and is smitten with her first two grandchildren, Blake and Jackson.
