What excited you about joining Springline?
Joining Springline presented a very unique opportunity. It allows us to be part of a larger platform, enhancing our capabilities and reach, while also maintaining our commitment to client service and our distinct firm culture. Springline’s approach aligns perfectly with our vision of growth and excellence in middle-market accounting and advisory services. The team understands and values the importance of culture, which has been a cornerstone of our success. This partnership enables us to preserve and continue driving our culture forward, ensuring that as we grow, we don’t lose the essence of who we are and what makes us special to our clients and our team members.

Aside from family and friends, what’s one thing you can’t live without?
My family and friends hold significant importance and occupy a considerable amount of my time. When I do have some free time, I truly enjoy a good book. Reading not only provides relaxation but also continually expands my knowledge and inspires new ideas, both in my personal life and professional practice.

What’s something about you that most people at work don’t know?
Having been with BGBC for a long time, there’s not much that many do not know about me! However, having grown up in New Jersey—although it has been some time since I lived there—I’m a Jersey girl at heart. My background in sports has instilled in me a strong belief in teamwork and collaboration. And I’m loyal to a fault and care much more than I am often able to outwardly express.

Describe what Scale + Soul means to you.
Scale + Soul means growing our capabilities and reach while maintaining the heart and personal touch that have always defined our approach to client relationships and team culture.

What’s one of your favorite career moments?
I can’t say there is any one single moment in my career that stands out. Rather, it’s the culmination of numerous experiences over time—the relationships forged, the collaborative efforts with clients and colleagues, and the satisfaction derived from making a meaningful impact—that collectively define my professional journey.

How do you see the future of middle-market accounting and business advisory firms evolving?
The future of our industry will blend technological advancements with an unwavering focus on our people and exceptional client service. Firms need to adopt new tools to enhance their insights while continuing to build on strong relationships. Firms that effectively combine innovation with a deep commitment to their team and clients will lead the way.

What’s your vision for Springline in the next five and/or 20 years?
In the next five years, I envision Springline becoming a recognized leader in innovative middle-market advisory services. Looking further ahead, I see us shaping the future of our industry, setting new standards for client service and professional development.
