What excited you about joining Springline?
First and foremost, it’s the opportunity for my colleagues who “brought me to the dance” to flourish in their careers with a firm that offered more heft and resources. I’m excited to preserve our boutique firm culture in a larger organization, and I’m also excited about the opportunities and challenges ahead of us.
What’s something about you that most people at work don’t know?
That I’m a peaceful person at heart…I am just not afraid to fight for what is right.
Describe what our credo “Scale with Soul” means to you.
It’s all about the people we work for and work with.
How do you see the future of middle-market accounting and business advisory firms evolving?
I see a bifurcation between the traditional corporate approach and much larger firm accounting and the Springline model, both in terms of what clients look for as well as what talent is seeking to grow their careers.
