What excited you about joining Springline?
I was drawn to Springline because of both the people and the business model. I believe strongly in what we are building and how we are building it, and I am fully aligned with the company’s long-term vision. Through my interactions with the leadership team, it became clear that this is a high-caliber group of professionals committed to thoughtful growth and lasting impact. That alignment and shared commitment made joining Springline an easy decision.
Aside from family and friends, what’s one thing you can’t live without?
I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, so snow skiing and riding my Peloton are high on the list. I also appreciate time at home, especially cooking on my Blackstone grill.
What’s something about you that most people at work don’t know?
A fun personal fact is that my wife and I shared the same last name prior to marriage. If that wasn’t unique enough, we were married at Cox Arboretum, which made the occasion especially fitting.
Describe what Scale + Soul means to you.
To me, Scale + Soul means keeping the main thing the main thing. It’s about building a company that grows in size, performance, and impact while ensuring our people and culture grow with it, not at the expense of it. Growth should never compromise what makes the organization human. The goal is to pursue scale intentionally while preserving the values and relationships that define who we are.
What unique perspective do you bring to Springline?
I bring a balanced, practical approach to operations and leadership. Throughout my career in public accounting, as well as the automotive and food service industries, I’ve learned that change for the sake of change can be just as detrimental as resisting change simply because “that’s how it’s always been done.” I focus on implementing thoughtful, data-driven improvements that create meaningful and sustainable results.
