What We Look For













- Hold (or are completing) a degree in accounting or a related field
- Pursuing or planning to obtain your CPA license (preferred, but not required for all roles)
- Have internship or entry-level experience in public accounting or a similar professional environment
- Clear communicator and an engaged team player
- Bring focus and attention to detail — even when things move quickly
- Adaptable, open to feedback, and excited to keep learning
- Want to grow within a culture that values both results and relationships
