What drew you to talent acquisition — and what made Springline the right place for you?
I’m a people person. I love hearing candidates’ stories and helping them find opportunities that truly align with their goals. What drew me to Springline was the energy and momentum here. There’s so much happening, and the opportunities for growth made it a great fit for me.

What’s a career-defining moment you’ve had — or helped someone else have?
A career-defining moment for me was making my first hire. Helping someone who was out of work find an opportunity that truly aligned with their goals was incredibly rewarding. I didn’t fully understand the impact of that experience until it happened—and it’s been a powerful source of motivation in my career ever since.
Aside from family and friends, what’s one thing you can’t live without?
Aside from family and friends, one thing I truly can’t live without is fitness. It’s elevated every aspect of my life in a positive way, and to me, there’s no better way to start the day on the right foot.
What’s a skill or superpower you use every day in this role?
One skill I rely on every day in this role is listening. In talent, truly understanding a candidate’s goals and needs is essential to aligning them with the right opportunity.
