Meredyth Jensen
Fractional Chief Marketing Officer

Meredyth is a creative leader with a successful track record of building strong, differentiated brands. Her role includes building Springline’s relevance, resonance, and reputation as the preeminent mid-market business advisory firm of the future.

Since the firm’s launch in January 2024, she’s been responsible for leading Springline’s brand activation, marketing, and communications as well as managing new partner firm brand integrations.

What excited you about joining Springline?
I worked with Tim Brackney (Springline’s CEO) at a global consulting firm where we experienced some remarkable career accomplishments, including a successful corporate rebranding as well as leading the firm to consecutive, record-breaking quarterly earnings. When Tim asked me to join Springline as its fractional CMO, I didn’t hesitate! I’m a builder at heart with a bias toward action…and Springline is a rare career opportunity to shape a new brand, co-create its culture, and build a premier business that is reshaping the business advisory landscape.

Aside from family and friends, what’s one thing you can’t live without?
It’s impossible to only choose one! I can’t imagine living without my three cats, iced coffee, Yoga with Adriene (IYKYK), art galleries & museums, and my collection of vintage Chanel & Gucci bags.

What’s something about you that most people at work don’t know?
I successfully managed and grew a small family business—a consignment boutique—when I was only 21 years old. I’m forever grateful for that early career experience which changed the trajectory of my professional life. I learned everything imaginable about running a retail business: from sales and marketing, customer service, leadership communications, inventory management, talent acquisition, accounting and finance. One of my proudest moments was when a loyal customer who happened to be a producer for the “Today Show” invited me to be interviewed for a national segment which resulted in our most profitable quarter ever!

Describe what Scale + Soul means to you.
It’s more than a sentiment; it’s our promise. It defines Springline’s ethos as a business. Our guiding principle is that having to choose between growth and your values shouldn’t be a binary option. We offer both! At Springline, you get to co-create with bright, human-first, entrepreneurial business leaders who know how to grow sustainably and responsibly while preserving what makes your firm’s culture unique and irresistible. This is the business model of the future for brands that want to stand the test of time.

What unique perspective do you bring to Springline?
I’ve spent the last decade of my career in professional services; much of that time in the accounting and business advisory space. I’ve had a front row seat to the industry changes and I’m especially bullish about the future for middle market firms. My superpower is a talent for leading and influencing my C-suite peers on the role of marketing and communications as a key growth driver for today’s businesses. I believe enduring brands are woven into the entire go-to-market fabric of an organization, and at Springline, we recognize the importance of brand experience in shaping our culture, cultivating trusted relationships, supporting communities, and increasing long-term equity.
