Paul began his career as a college admissions counselor for two small schools in Northeast Ohio before transitioning into corporate recruiting. The majority of his professional experience has been in the professional services industry. In his previous role, he recruited both passive and active candidates across multiple service lines, including Assurance, Tax, and Consulting. Paul was drawn to Springline after learning about its model and the mission to “Scale with Soul,” which deeply resonated with him. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, spending time with his family, dog, and cheering on Cleveland sports teams.
What drew you to talent acquisition — and what made Springline the right place for you?
I have always enjoyed communicating with people and connecting with them. Talent acquisition plays such a crucial role in building and supporting a company and culture. I enjoy that you can tangibly see the results of your work. I knew Springline was the right place for me after speaking with the team and hearing how passionate and proud they were to be here.
