What drew you to talent acquisition, and what made Springline the right place for you?  
What truly captivated me was that magical moment when a candidate lands their dream job—the excitement, transformation, the possibilities. Being a part of that never gets old. And at Springline, I discovered my dream job, a firm that truly puts people first, where I can build, scale, learn, grow, and lead in a way that fuels both my passion and purpose.

Being part of a team with shared goals and a growth mindset is truly inspiring. There’s something incredibly rewarding about building not just a new kind of professional services firm, but a culture—a place that naturally attracts exceptional talent and fosters success. 

What excites me most about my role is the opportunity to shape a national Talent Acquisition function from the ground up—crafting something meaningful from its inception. There’s nothing more exhilarating than creating, scaling, and driving impact from the very beginning.
