Jennifer leads recruiting efforts for experienced professionals across Springline, helping bring in established talent to power our growth and client impact. She focuses on connecting client facing talent to our firms in our West Region as well as recruitment for our National Shared Services team.

While located in Indianapolis, Joni supports applicants in our East Region.
